I have posted to the course web site, under "Online Reading Assignments" (http://www.classics.uga.edu/courses/clas2110/online_reading.htm),
a "Citizens Manual." This manual comes from the "Chaeronea simulation" created by Prof. Robert Connor as part of the Greek history class I took as an undergraduate (playing that game was one of the reasons I got interested in "Reacting to the Past").

Chaeronea was the site of a battle between Greeks and Macedonians in 338 BCE, so not everything in this manual applies to Athens in 403; but the sections on "Athenian Resources" and "Costs" will be useful. Anyone who proposes military action (or opposes it) should know these sections and be able to use them in debate.
